It’s official!  We now have 2 Datto DCAT certified technicians in house.  We sent two of our staff to DattoCon15 in New Orleans in June and they spent 2 extra days learning and writing the exam.  Earlier this week we received a FedEx Priority envelope at the office and inside were our corrected tests along with our DCAT certification certificates.

What does this all mean?  We can better support all of our Datto customers directly in house without having to open tickets with Datto tech support.  Resolution time is quicker this way since most times we can determine the problem and find a resolution right away.
