We will be performing some upgrades to our GreatCloud platform servers on Sunday December 9th, 2018 beginning at 6:00 EST to serve you better.
During this time you may experience some slowdowns however we do not anticipate any downtime.
Items being upgraded include:
- Upgrades to SAN storage
- Upgrades to backup & disaster recovery appliance
Preliminary upgrade tasks will begin as early as 06:00 EST on December 9th, 2018.
Physical hardware upgrades will begin at approximately 14:30 EST on December 9th, 2018.
The upgrades will be completed no later than 6:00 EST on Monday December 10th, 2018.
